This is New 1958-1960 and 1962-1966 Chevrolet Impala Steering Wheel Horn Contact Kit. These are all the parts right under the Horn Ring and are to repair the horn action when you press down.

Metal spring plate is 2 1/2" dia , white plastic spacer is 1 3/4" dia and red insulator bushing is 2" dia.

Fits 1955-1957 Chevy Bel Air , 1958-1960 and 1962 1963 1964 1965 1966 Chevrolet Impala Standard , SS Super Sport or Convertible (Does not fit 1961)
